Wilson Mwale, Managing Director
A clear and thorough understanding of the shipping industry, gained over the past 5 years as a manager of an international freight forwarder company of which he was co-founder, has equipped Wilson with the insight to effectively deal with and give advice on any shipment.
In 2010, he decided to fulfill his ambition of starting a business and adding more value to the industry by partnering with Tandiwe. “Our competitors are as good as we are but we make a difference and add value by going that extra mile”, is the age-old belief that has built the foundation of Wilson’s business ethics, which is a good new fashioned excellent service.
His extensive network and professional qualifications, including a B.Sc. in Supply Chain and Logistics Management and several years of experience in the industry, have allowed Wilson to establish strong relationships with suppliers and clients. This has enabled him to negotiate favourable deals and provide top-notch service to his customers. Additionally, Wilson’s passion for continuous improvement and innovation drives him to constantly seek new ways to enhance his business operations and exceed customer expectations. With his expertise in international trade and import/export management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. This enables the company to efficiently handle and coordinate shipments on a global scale, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Wilson is a proven competency assessor listed with Transport SETA (Transport Sector Education and Training Authority, TETA). He is an elected member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport South Africa (CILTSA) and a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA).
These associations, coupled with other activities, provide Wilson with an opportunity to contribute to industry development projects in the country and the global community, such as supply chain optimisation and effective negotiating practices to reduce costs, etc.

Dick has worked at various levels of management, especially in the hospitality industry, including sales, and has over 15 years of experience in management, including roles as a sales manager and team leader. He has a proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving sales targets. Dick is known for his strong ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. He is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. In these positions, he has been responsible for overseeing teams, developing strategies, and driving business growth.
He has successfully led various teams and projects, resulting in significant growth and success for the company. His strong leadership skills and strategic vision have earned him a reputation as a highly respected director in the field. For example, Dick led a team that implemented a new marketing strategy, resulting in a 20% increase in sales within six months. Sharon K. M., Sales and Marketing Manager
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, Sharon started her career at the last rung and slowly worked her way up the ladder over the past years which has given her the insight and experience to deal with all aspects relating to the freight forwarding industry. She is committed to the company’s mission, vision and approach as well as to providing an “Out of the Ordinary” service to all our clients. Her education in managing the movement of goods and marketing has given her a solid understanding of both the day-to-day operations and long-term planning in the industry.
Sharon’s knowledge and hands-on experience enable her to navigate the complexities of the freight forwarding industry and develop innovative marketing strategies to meet clients’ needs. She has completed courses and certifications in logistics management, such as inventory and transportation management, etc., which have expanded her knowledge and skills in the industry. With her expertise in both clearing and forwarding and marketing management, Sharon is well-equipped to develop effective strategies for promoting our services and attracting new clients. Her commitment to continuous learning, combined with her passion for delivering exceptional customer service, make her a valuable asset to our team. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
